Burt Raabe has been a Peace Corps Volunteer, welder, counselor, and GED tutor. He has published in Blue Collar Review, San Diego Reader, Community Word, and Downstate Story. He is a member of The Grandview Hotel Poets. His own book of poetry and stories is titled Holy Peoria. He lives in Peoria Heights with his wife Lisa, an artist and poet.
