Robert Paul Cesaretti THEN HERE GONE
She came to me
as I looked back
at what had been done.
She came around,
face to face,
"It has passed,"
she said to me,
"but I am here."
My hands
on her hips
I turned us around,
"It is you,"
I said to her.
Then we were gone.
